The Partner Success Coordinator supports the successful implementation of Micromentor’s partner programs by delivering and coordinating key activities for onboarding, user recruitment, engagement and data-tracking needed to deliver high-quality experiences to entrepreneurs, mentors, and partners.
This role ensures that the day-to-day components of each program run smoothly by managing logistics, communication workflows, onboarding support, and data collection tasks. The Coordinator works closely with the Program & Impact Manager, who oversees partner relationships, while the Coordinator executes the operational backbone that enables timely delivery, accurate reporting, and strong community engagement.
The Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Community Engagement, Marketing, Product, and Impact, to maintain consistent execution across multiple countries, time zones, and partner requirements. This role is essential to ensuring that program activities remain organized, documented, measurable, and aligned with Micromentor’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables for this Consultancy
Program Operations & Coordination
Complete program setup tasks (trackers, folders, onboarding materials) within 10 business days of program launch.
Support day-to-day execution across multiple partner programs.
Manage program calendars, trackers, documentation, and internal deadlines.
Prepare agendas, logistics, and follow-ups for partner or internal meetings at least 2 business days before scheduled partner/internal meetings.
Develop and update onboarding decks, partner materials, and event content.
Communications Support
Coordinate outreach messages, email campaigns, and reminders for partner communications.
Coordinate logistics for onboarding sessions and quarterly check-ins by managing logistics, including invitations, slides, recordings, and attendance tracking.
Ensure participants receive clear, timely communication about program steps.
Data Tracking & Monitoring
Update dashboards, spreadsheets, and Metabase exports with current program data within 3 days of receiving new data.
Track recruitment, onboarding, mentor–entrepreneur connections, messaging activity, and training attendance.
Monitor performance for KPI trends and proactively flag risks or issues to the Manager within 5 business days of identifying emerging trends.
Support data cleaning, validation, and preparation for internal and external reporting.
Community Engagement Support
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for workshops, peer meet-ups, mentor sessions, and community events.
Share engagement plans, reminders, and participant information with consultants.
Maintain an up-to-date workshop tracker across all active programs to track attendance, engagement data, and post-session follow-up actions.
Impact Evaluation & Insights Support
Assist consultants in survey distribution, participant follow-ups, and data quality checks according to timeline, and follow-ups are completed.
Collect success stories, quotes, and short updates from the field per contract and program cycles.
Support preparation of foundational data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), interim updates, and final impact reports 7 business days before due dates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing to support targeted recruitment campaigns, including lists, segmentation, and tracking.
Support Product/Tech by documenting and escalating user issues or partner-specific needs within 24 hours of receiving the information.
Collaborate with Comms to share potential success story leads.
Qualifications
English and Spanish fluency
Organization & Detail Orientation: Able to manage high-volume tasks across multiple partners.
Project Coordination: Strong ability to keep activities on track and organized.
Communication Skills: Clear writing, structured updates, and professional correspondence.
Data Tracking & Light Analysis: Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic metrics.
Tech-Savvy: Able to navigate multiple systems ( Metabase, Mailchimp, Zoom, GDrive).
Initiative & Reliability: Able to anticipate needs and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Team Collaboration: Works effectively with consultants, internal teams, and managers.
Problem-Solving: Identifies operational issues early and proposes workable solutions.
Mission Alignment: Strong commitment to supporting under-resourced entrepreneurs globally.
