Perform pre-publish QA checks (mobile/desktop formatting, broken links, readability).
Log changes and keep a simple record of updates for visibility and coordination.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and with design support when changes go beyond basic edits.
In scope: routine website updates and content publishing

Reporting & Dashboard Support — 20%
Track and summarize performance metrics for email, basic web updates, and other digital campaigns as needed (e.g., sends, opens, clicks, top links, unsubscribes).
Maintain simple trackers and recurring reports in Google Sheets.
Pull or observe relevant metrics in Metabase (light support; may start by observing rather than building).
Contribute to a lightweight monthly snapshot for stakeholders (what shipped, what performed well, what needs attention).

Support internal operational needs related to user communications, such as:
Tagging/categorizing recurring user issues related to comms (where relevant)
Identifying patterns in campaign performance (e.g., drop-offs, low engagement segments)
Maintaining clean documentation of processes and recurring requests
Coordinate internally to ensure user-facing communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with platform initiatives.
General Coordination & Team Support — 5%
